Ingredients

- 2 pounds of white fish fillets
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fish.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture on top of the fish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
