Ingredients

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the fish.
  5. Spread the breadcrumb mixture on top of the fish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
