  • Stuffing mix – 1 box
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 can
  • Green beans – 1 pound
  • Potatoes – 5 pounds
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese – 2 cups, shredded
  • Pumpkin pie – 1 (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  6. While the turkey cooks, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
  7. Drain the potatoes and mash with milk and cheddar cheese.
  8. Steam the green beans until tender.
  9. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie.
