  • Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Stuffing mix – 1 package
  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 can
  • Pumpkin pie – 1

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with garlic, onion, carrots, celery, and stuffing mix.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
  5. Cover with foil and roast for 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
  7. While the turkey cooks, steam the green beans until tender.
  8. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
