Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with salsa.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Best served warm but can be served cold as well.
