  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 pumpkin pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing stuffing mix, chicken broth, melted butter, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast the turkey for 3 to 4 hours, removing foil for the last 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes and green beans.
  7. Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
  8. Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
