Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Beat in eggs and gradually add flour.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
