- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix green beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
- For a vegan option, omit the parmesan cheese.
