Instructions

  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
