Description
A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with turkey for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add shredded turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the turkey mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve chilled.

- Use leftover turkey for convenience.
