Ingredients
- Pumpkin Pie: 1 pie crust, 1 can pumpkin puree, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 eggs, 1 can evaporated milk
- Pecan Pie: 1 pie crust, 1 cup corn syrup, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup pecans
- Apple Crisp: 6 cups sliced apples, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup oats, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Chocolate Mousse: 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare the pumpkin pie by mixing all ingredients and pouring into the crust. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
- For the pecan pie, combine all ingredients and pour into the crust. Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes.
- Make the apple crisp by layering apples in a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- For chocolate mousse, beat cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, and eggs. Fold in cream. Chill before serving.
