Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree and spices.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
