- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool before serving with whipped cream.
Notes
