Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice to the cream cheese.
  5. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
