- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice to the cream cheese.
- Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use a pre-made crust for quicker preparation.
- Top with additional whipped cream or nuts if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
