Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use colorful sprinkles for decoration.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days.
