Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and spices.
  3. Add salt and stir in evaporated milk.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Check doneness by inserting a knife in the center. It should come out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
