Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
