Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Add vegetables to the crockpot.
  3. Pour vegetable broth over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve warm.
