Description
A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey breast (5–7 lbs)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
Instructions
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the chopped vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Place the turkey breast on top of the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey reaches 165°F.
- Remove the turkey, let it rest, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs.
- You can use turkey stock instead of chicken broth.
- Leftovers can be used for sandwiches or soups.
