Description
A delicious Thanksgiving cobbler with seasonal fruit.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Pour the berry mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until smooth and pour over the berries.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Use any seasonal berries.
- Can be made a day ahead.
