A delicious assortment of chocolates perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200g
- Milk chocolate – 200g
- White chocolate – 200g
- Pumpkin spice – 1 tsp
- Chopped nuts – 100g
- Dried cranberries – 100g
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add pumpkin spice and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried cranberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Repeat with milk and white chocolate.
- Once all chocolates are set, remove from molds.
Notes
- You can use any nuts you prefer.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- These chocolates make great gifts.
