Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup of corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of crispy fried onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
