Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of corn, frozen or canned
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of crispy fried onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute different vegetables based on your preference.
- Add more cheese for a cheesier flavor.
