Delicious and festive candy for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of corn syrup
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Stir in nuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a few days in advance.
- Try adding dried fruits for variety.
