- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the butternut squash by peeling and cubing it.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once, until tender and caramelized.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
