Delicious Thanksgiving buns perfect for your holiday feast.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add melted butter and eggs to yeast mixture.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a bun and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Freeze buns for later use.
- Serve warm with butter.
