A delicious Thanksgiving bundt cake that combines the flavors of pumpkin and spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

- Serve with whipped cream or a glaze for extra flavor.
