- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, turkey, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer bread slices in the dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can be prepared a day in advance and baked in the morning.
- Serve with cranberry sauce for added flavor.
