Description

  • 1 package of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce over the brie.
  5. Sprinkle walnuts, honey, and thyme on top.
  6. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
