- 1 round brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 package of puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Sprinkle walnuts, honey, and thyme on top.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- You can substitute nuts with seeds for a nut-free version.
- Add a splash of orange juice to the cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
