Instructions

  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Stir in the pumpkin puree and walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
