Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Pour batter into greased bento cake pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool completely.
  9. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Add heavy cream and mix until fluffy.
  11. Frost the cooled cake with cream cheese mixture.
  12. Decorate with sprinkles.
