  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Top the brie with cranberry sauce, nuts, honey, and rosemary.
  5. Fold the pastry over the brie and seal the edges.
  6. Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
