A deliciously baked brie topped with cranberry sauce and nuts, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, nuts, honey, and rosemary.
- Fold the pastry over the brie and seal the edges.
- Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- Feel free to substitute with different nuts or toppings.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
