Ingredients

- 4 cups of sliced apples
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix well until apples are evenly coated.
- Place the apple mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot with butter on top of the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until apples are tender.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for best flavor.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
