Description
Delicious Thanksgiving appetizers made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of cocktail meatballs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 cup of grape jelly
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
Instructions
- Combine the BBQ sauce and grape jelly in the crockpot.
- Add the cocktail meatballs and stir to coat.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, diced tomatoes, and green chilies.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on a serving platter.
- Spoon the meatball mixture over the cream cheese.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of grape jelly.
- Use turkey meatballs for a healthier option.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
