Description
Tapioca pudding is a creamy dessert made with small tapioca pearls.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine soaked tapioca, milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
- Stir in beaten eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Add fruit or spices for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
