Delicious swirled caramel apple fudge with a rich flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Add apple cider, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Cook until the mixture reaches the soft ball stage, about 235°F (113°C).
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped apples.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Use tart apples for a balanced flavor.
- Allow fudge to cool completely before cutting.
