Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a boil.
  2. Add apple cider, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook until the mixture reaches the soft ball stage, about 235°F (113°C).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped apples.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased dish.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
