Delicious sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving.

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Boil sweet potatoes in water for 15 minutes until tender.
- Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
- Add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use vegan butter for a dairy-free option.
- Add pecans for extra crunch.
