A delicious sweet potato dish perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes until tender.
- Let cool, then peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
- Add brown sugar, butter, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
- You can replace marshmallows with pecans for a crunch.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
