Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes until tender.
  3. Let cool, then peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
  4. Add brown sugar, butter, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
