Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and marshmallows are golden.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
