- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
