Description
Grilled chicken marinated in sweet chili and lime for a zesty flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate chicken longer for a stronger flavor.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad.
