- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter option.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
