Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt, stirring until dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Pipe small circles of dough into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss churro bites in the sugar mixture and sprinkle with sea salt.
