- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream.
- Stir in the baked meatballs and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
