- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and buttermilk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
