  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top of the meat mixture.
  5. Roll the meatloaf tightly from one long side to the other.
  6. Pinch the ends to seal the roll.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
