Description
A refreshing strawberry sago dessert that combines sweet strawberries with chewy sago pearls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil water in a pot and add the sago pearls.
- Cook for about 15 minutes until translucent.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the cooked sago and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
