- 1 tablespoon red food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip heavy cream and top the cheesecake with fresh strawberries.
