  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
  8. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  11. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  12. Before serving, whip heavy cream and top the cheesecake with fresh strawberries.
