Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Add chopped strawberries and mix gently.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute strawberries with other fruits.
