Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Crush the strawberries in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice to the crushed strawberries.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, mix pectin with water and bring to a boil.
  6. Stir the boiling pectin into the strawberry mixture.
  7. Pour the jam into clean containers.
  8. Seal and freeze the jam.
