Delicious strawberry cream cheese rolls perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and chopped strawberries on each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the point.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg mixed with milk.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and serve warm.
Notes
- Fresh strawberries work best for flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Can substitute with other fruits if desired.
