Description

Delicious strawberry cream cheese rolls perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and chopped strawberries on each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
