Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and chopped strawberries on each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
